Refund policy

Made-to-order journals and card binders are final sale, except if damaged or defective on arrival. Rings and necklaces may be returned within 7 days if unused.


Made-to-Order Journals & Card Binders (Non-Returnable)

All journals and card binders are handmade and made to order.

For this reason, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for these items once an order has been placed. Occasionally, we may offer a limited number of ready-to-ship pieces. These items are considered final sale and are only eligible for review in cases of damage or defect upon arrival.

Rings & Necklaces

Rings and necklaces may be eligible for return under the following conditions:

  • Defective or damaged items

    If your item arrives damaged or with a quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery via email or Instagram DM. We will review the issue and, if approved, issue a refund.
  • Returns for non-quality reasons

    If you wish to return a ring or necklace due to personal preference, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. This return option applies to rings and necklaces only.

No Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If applicable, eligible items must be returned first, and a new order can be placed separately.

Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.

Refunds

For items that are eligible for return as outlined above, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

If your refund is approved, it will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
