At BrassBound Pages, most items are made to order and crafted by hand. Please take a moment to review the information below before placing an order.

Making & processing time:

Made-to-order journals and card binders: approximately 3–4 weeks
(each piece is created individually and may be placed in a small production queue)
Ready-to-ship items (when available): 2–3 business days for order processing

Delivery estimates (United States):

Standard shipping: approximately 7–12 business days after dispatch

Please note that all timeframes are estimates and may vary due to production scheduling, carrier conditions, or seasonal demand.

Because our made-to-order pieces are handcrafted specifically for each customer, production and shipping timelines may vary. For details about returns or refunds, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy. We always do our best to complete and ship each order as efficiently as possible.
